The choice to complete assessments and the full curriculum is yours, with no obligation to meet certification criteria.

Certificate Track

The certificate track is for those seeking a comprehensive understanding of the scaling continuum, addressing scaling up systematically across all phases. By successfully completing the curriculum, you will earn a certificate demonstrating your mastery of scaling principles and practices.

This track is right for you if you seek a structured and comprehensive learning experience on scaling-up concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Team Track

The team track is tailored for colleagues who can benefit from collaborate learning. It’s open to members from the same organization or partnered organizations, including both governmental and non-governmental entities. Whether you are in the planning stages of scaling up or actively scaling a particular intervention, this curriculum serves as your comprehensive guide.cally planning for and managing scale up. 

This track is designed to enhance your agency’s internal capacity in understanding and applying scaling up principles, fostering a “scaling up mindset” among team members By engaging in a cohort-style learning approach, you can facilitate productive group discussions and planning sessions, both online and in face-to-face exchanges. 

Trainees in the team track have the opportunity for cross-learning, as the SLC encourages peer-to-peer exchange to facilitate comparative learning and experience sharing. 

Teams interested in collaborating  within the SLC are encouraged to reach out to the ExpandNet Secretariat (secretariat@expandnet.net) to inquire about the possibility of receiving periodic coaching and technical assistance from established scaling experts as they progress through the curriculum. This additional support can further enhance the team’s learning experience and practical application of scaling-up principles

For a limited group of users, a Mentor track is available for learners to engage in a more in-depth curriculum accompanied by coaching from ExpandNet members. If you are interested in pursuing this track, please contact the ExpandNet Secretariat at Secretariat@expandnet.net.
